These Terms of Service apply to mobile applications published by SatSoft or developersatsoft-dev that link to this page. App-specific features, prices, purchase options, subscriptions, and availability may vary by app, country, device, and app store.

Advertising content, targeting, measurement, and availability may depend on your region, device settings, consent choices, and the ad provider's policies.
Some apps may offer paid features, premium access, one-time purchases, consumable products, non-consumable products, or subscriptions. Digital purchases in apps distributed through Google Play are processed through Google Play Billing unless a legally permitted alternative billing option is clearly presented.

Apps may link to websites, app stores, support pages, privacy pages, terms pages, or third-party services. We do not control third-party content, policies, availability, or security. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The apps, designs, logos, names, text, graphics, code, databases, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or service, or suitable for your particular needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, business, goodwill, device functionality, or external equipment functionality, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, an app.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using an app at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to an app or feature if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, violation of these Terms, app store requirement, or technical need.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of an app after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
