These Terms, which also serve as the End User License Agreement, govern your use of all mobile apps published by SAT Soft — on Google Play as “SAT Soft” and on the Apple App Store as “Do Ty”. By installing or using an app you accept them; if you do not, please uninstall it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own, for personal and lawful purposes, subject to the rules of the app store you downloaded from. You may not sell, rent or redistribute an app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or interfere with its advertising, analytics or purchase systems.
Features may change, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue an app for maintenance, legal, security or business reasons.
Several of our apps send infrared commands to real appliances such as air conditioners, fans, projectors and soundbars. These features need a phone with a built-in IR blaster, which many phones do not have, and not every appliance model is supported. We are not affiliated with any appliance manufacturer; brand names are used only to identify compatible equipment.
You are responsible for using these features safely. Do not operate an appliance you cannot see or that is unsafe to run unattended, and always follow the manufacturer's own instructions. Our apps are not safety, medical, security or emergency systems. Our magnifier and text-reading features are everyday visual aids, not medical devices.
Photos, videos, recordings, documents, scripts, saved remotes and game progress you create in our apps are yours. They stay on your device, we claim no rights over them — and because we hold no copies, we cannot recover them if you clear the app's data or lose your device. Keep your own backups. You are responsible for having the right to record, edit or share any content you handle with our apps.
Most of our apps are free and show ads supplied by Google AdMob and its partners. We do not control the content of individual ads and do not endorse what they advertise. You may not use tools that block, spoof or artificially generate ad impressions or clicks.
Paid features are sold and processed by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. The store's purchase screen shows the exact title, price and billing period, and it is authoritative.
The following applies to apps obtained from the App Store and prevails over anything conflicting above:
The apps and their code, designs, artwork and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant a licence only and transfer no ownership. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an IR code will operate any particular appliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, recordings or profits, or for damage to appliances or other equipment. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the app in the previous twelve months or USD 25. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep all mandatory rights under the law of their country.
You may end this licence at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate it in case of misuse, fraud, security or legal risk, or breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections and local court access granted by the law of their own country.
