We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not require users to create a SatSoft account unless a specific app states otherwise.
• We do not intentionally collect your contacts, photos, camera content, or precise location unless a specific app feature clearly requests and explains that access.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not collect full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the applicable app store.

4. Permissions

The permissions requested by each app depend on the features it provides. Common permissions may include:

• Internet and network access: used for ads, analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation, support links, and external links.
• Network state: used to support network-aware app behavior and third-party services.
• Notifications: used only if an app provides notification features and you allow them.
• Feature-specific permissions: some apps may request permissions such as infrared transmitter, Bluetooth, storage, media, camera, or location only when needed for the app's stated functionality.

9. In-App Purchases

Local app data can usually be deleted by using in-app delete options where available, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Feedback emails and support messages are retained only as long as needed to review and respond to your request, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics, crash, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase-related data retention is managed by the relevant third-party services according to their settings and policies.

Our apps are generally intended for a broad audience and are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific app is clearly designed and published for children.
