Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by SatSoft or
developersatsoft-dev that link to this page. The exact data handled by each app
may vary depending on the app's features, permissions, advertising setup,
analytics setup, and purchase options.
1. Introduction
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile applications
collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using an app that links to
this policy, you acknowledge the practices described here.
2. Information Our Apps May Collect or Process
Our apps are designed to collect only the information needed to provide app features,
improve reliability, support advertising where applicable, and process purchases where
applicable.
-
Local app data: settings, preferences, saved items, app
configurations, device profiles, or other app-specific content that you create or
save in the app. This data is usually stored locally on your device.
-
Feedback and support information: if you contact us, send
feedback, or report an issue, we may receive the message you choose to send,
your email address, and app or device context included in the message, such as
app version, package name, Android version, device model, locale, and feature
support status.
-
Analytics and diagnostics: apps may use Firebase Analytics and
Firebase Crashlytics to understand basic app usage, diagnose crashes, improve
reliability, and measure performance. These services may process app events,
crash logs, diagnostics, device information, app identifiers, and related technical
data.
-
Advertising-related information: apps that show ads may use
advertising and mediation services such as Appodeal, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob),
Google User Messaging Platform, and their advertising partners. These services may
process information such as device or advertising identifiers where available, IP
address, approximate location derived from IP, app interactions, ad performance
data, diagnostic information, consent choices, and signals used to serve, measure,
personalize where permitted, and protect advertising.
-
Purchase information: apps that offer in-app purchases may use
Google Play Billing. We may receive or store limited purchase-related information
needed to unlock or restore purchased features, such as product ID, purchase state,
order status, purchase token, and entitlement status. We do not receive or store
your full payment card details.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- We do not require users to create a SatSoft account unless a specific app states otherwise.
- We do not intentionally collect your contacts, photos, camera content, or precise location unless a specific app feature clearly requests and explains that access.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not collect full credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the applicable app store.
4. Permissions
The permissions requested by each app depend on the features it provides. Common
permissions may include:
- Internet and network access: used for ads, analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation, support links, and external links.
- Network state: used to support network-aware app behavior and third-party services.
- Notifications: used only if an app provides notification features and you allow them.
- Feature-specific permissions: some apps may request permissions such as infrared transmitter, Bluetooth, storage, media, camera, or location only when needed for the app's stated functionality.
5. How We Use Information
- To provide app features and remember your preferences.
- To save and restore local app content or purchased entitlements where applicable.
- To respond to feedback, support requests, or issue reports.
- To improve app quality, performance, stability, and usability.
- To show, measure, and protect advertising where an app includes ads.
- To comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and security requirements.
6. Third-Party Services
Depending on the app, we may use third-party services including:
- Appodeal: used as an advertising mediation platform to manage, deliver, measure, and optimize ads, including ads from Appodeal and supported advertising partners.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): used to display, measure, personalize where permitted, and protect ads.
- Google User Messaging Platform: used to request and manage advertising consent where required.
- Firebase Analytics: used to understand app usage and improve app features.
- Firebase Crashlytics: used to collect crash reports and diagnostics so we can fix stability issues.
- Google Play Billing: used to process in-app purchases and restore purchased features.
These services are provided by Google or other third parties and process information
according to their own privacy practices and terms. Helpful references include the

7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information ourselves. Information may be processed or shared
with third-party service providers for app operation, advertising, mediation,
analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, purchase processing, legal compliance, and
service improvement. This may include Appodeal, Google, ad exchanges, demand partners,
measurement providers, and other service providers involved in serving or analyzing ads.
These providers process information under their own policies and legal requirements.
8. Advertising Choices and Consent
Apps that show ads may display personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your
region, your device settings, your consent choices, and the settings of our ad and
mediation providers, including Appodeal and Google services where applicable. Where
required, an app may show a consent message before using certain advertising features.
You can also manage ad personalization and advertising ID settings through your device
and Google account settings.
9. In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, or one-time
purchases. Digital purchases in apps distributed through Google Play are processed
through Google Play Billing unless another legally permitted billing option is clearly
presented. Prices, taxes, currencies, payment methods, refunds, and purchase history
are handled by Google Play or the applicable app store. We do not receive your full
payment details.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Local app data can usually be deleted by using in-app delete options where available,
clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Feedback emails and support messages are
retained only as long as needed to review and respond to your request, maintain
records, and comply with legal obligations. Analytics, crash, diagnostics, advertising,
and purchase-related data retention is managed by the relevant third-party services
according to their settings and policies.
11. Children's Privacy
Our apps are generally intended for a broad audience and are not directed to children
under 13 unless a specific app is clearly designed and published for children. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child has provided personal information, please contact us.
12. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by our apps. However, no
mobile app, device, network, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely
secure.
13. Your Choices
- You can stop using an app at any time.
- You can delete local app data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
- You can manage app permissions in Android system settings.
- You can manage ad personalization and advertising ID settings in your device or Google account settings.
- You can contact us to ask privacy questions or request assistance with data related to support messages you sent to us.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on
this page with an updated date. Continued use of an app after the updated policy is
posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
