Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all mobile apps published by SAT Soft — on Google Play under the developer name “SAT Soft” and on the Apple App Store under the developer name “Do Ty”. Both accounts are operated by the same developer. Contact: developer.satsoft@gmail.com.

1. What is collected

Our apps use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchases. Through those services, the following may be collected:

• Advertising identifiers — Google Advertising ID on Android; on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking. We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork for ad attribution.
• IP address and coarse location derived from it (country/region level). No app of ours requests GPS or precise location.
• Device and app information — device model, OS version, language, country, app version and an app-instance identifier.
• Usage and diagnostics — features used, ad impressions and clicks, crash reports and performance data.
• Purchase data — product ID, purchase and subscription status, transaction token, entitlement status. We never receive your card details.
• Anything you email us — your message, your email address and any app or device details you include.

2. Device permissions

Permissions depend on the app and are only requested when the feature needs them. Everything they touch is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us:

• Camera — Magnifier Glass (live magnification and on-device text recognition) and Video Teleprompter / Promptly (recording video).
• Microphone — Video Teleprompter / Promptly, to record audio with your video.
• Photos and media — AI Photo Blur (on-device face and background detection), Clean Share (removing EXIF data), SpaceLens (analysing what uses your storage), and saving recordings to your gallery.
• Installed app list — SpaceLens only, to show which apps use the most storage.
• Infrared transmitter — our remote control apps, to send commands to your appliance.
• Notifications — optional reminders and media playback controls.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.

3. Brain Rush: two optional online features

Brain Rush is the only app of ours that sends content off your device, and only if you turn these features on. Everything else in the app works offline.

• Global leaderboard (Android only). If you publish a score, the display name you type, your score and your country code are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and shown publicly to other players. Your device is identified only by an anonymous Firebase identifier. Use a nickname, not your real name. Email us to have an entry removed.
• Online AI tutor. If you enable it, the prompts you write and recent conversation context are sent to Groq, which generates the answer. We do not store your prompts. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into a prompt, and note that AI answers can be wrong. The offline tutor sends nothing.

4. How it is used and who we share it with

The data above is used to run the app's features, remember your settings, unlock and restore purchases, show and measure advertising, fix crashes, improve the apps, answer your support emails, prevent fraud, and comply with law and app store rules.

We do not sell personal information. We use these service providers:

• Google — AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (ads and consent), Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config, Google Play Billing, and — for Brain Rush only — Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. See the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy.
• Apple — App Store distribution, In-App Purchase and SKAdNetwork. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat — validating purchases and keeping premium access in sync, in the apps that offer it. See its privacy policy.
• Groq — the optional Brain Rush AI tutor only.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our apps.

5. Advertising and your choices

Most of our apps are free and supported by Google AdMob. Where you consent to it, advertising identifiers may be used to personalize and measure ads across apps and websites — this is what Apple's product pages describe as data used to track you, and what US state privacy laws may treat as “sharing”. You can turn it off at any time, and our apps keep working:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads — delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalization.
• In the EEA, UK and Switzerland an app asks for consent before using personalized ads; you can change your answer from the app's privacy options screen.
• Some apps offer a paid option that removes ads entirely.

6. Retention and deletion

• On-device data — deleted when you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
• Leaderboard entries — kept until you or we remove them; email us to delete one.
• Support emails — deleted once your request is resolved.
• Advertising, analytics, crash and purchase data — retained by the providers above under their own policies.

Since there is no account, there is nothing for us to close. For any request — access, correction, deletion, or opting out of personalized advertising — email developer.satsoft@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

Our apps are for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents: if a child uses Brain Rush on Android, please make sure they use a nickname on the public leaderboard, and leave the online AI tutor turned off if you prefer. Contact us and we will delete anything a child has submitted.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our apps change. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the affected app.
